About Our Team

Every Cross Impact coach & consultant brings real-world leadership experience with more than 20 years in Corporate America, guiding teams and driving results. Our Leadership Coaches are trained through the ICF-accredited Co-Active Coach Program and certified in our proprietary Cross Impact methodology, which blends deep discovery, interview-based 360 feedback, and personalized 1:1 coaching. Together, we focus on real growth, measurable progress, and lasting impact for both the leader and their organization.
