About the Founder

I am a seasoned organizational design consultant and leadership coach with nearly 25 years of experience helping leaders and their teams achieve transformative change. My work spans diverse sectors—including technology, retail, finance, insurance, energy, and healthcare—where I’ve partnered with companies to align their people, processes, and systems for sustainable success.

Ten years ago, I founded Cross Impact Coaching, guided by my belief that leaders need more than strategic guidance—they need a trusted partner to support their professional growth and collaborate with their leadership teams to implement and execute their vision. As an “Integrator,” I specialize in connecting the dots between strategy and execution, ensuring that every plan results in meaningful, measurable outcomes.

In addition to consulting, my husband and I founded Kauffman and Co. Furniture 18 years ago, building a highly successful commercial and residential furniture manufacturing business from the ground up. This experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for the grit and determination required to grow a business, as well as the importance of fostering strong teams and effective processes.

Today, my focus extends to business acquisitions, where I see an opportunity to leverage my expertise to elevate mid-market companies to their next stage of growth. This work also reflects my personal mission: to inspire my sons by demonstrating the transformative power of business ownership and strategic leadership.

Whether it’s coaching executives, optimizing organizations, or helping mid-market companies grow through acquisitions, I am passionate about helping leaders and businesses realize their full potential.
