Most leadership teams have the talent. What they’re missing is alignment – a shared language for decisions, a common definition of success, and the habits that keep them moving together instead of in parallel.
That’s what we build.
Cross Impact was founded on the belief that leadership alignment isn’t a soft initiative – it’s the operating foundation that everything else depends on. When the leadership team works, the organization works.
And when it does, every strategy, technology, and talent investment delivers more.
Values are of the essence of any business.
At Cross Impact we value connection and meaningful impact. Hope, direction, collaboration and teamwork are how we keep forward movement in a way that’s fun and inspiring.
We know that surrounding ourselves with high-performing people who are able to balance autonomy and collaboration creates a truly high-performing team. And that taking time to slow down and think leads to true creativity and innovative solutions.
We approach everything with an entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, creative and thinking differently. By keeping this mindset front and center, we will be more successful in navigating change.
We are here to support you in creating a high-performing organization or showing up as the best version of yourself and leading with courage and confidence.
I spent the first part of my career leading large-scale technology transformations — $100M+ programs across healthcare, finance, insurance, and technology. I was brought in to execute. But over and over, senior leaders would pull me aside , not to talk about the technology, but about the people responsible for leading it.
The misalignment. The politics. The decisions that weren’t getting made.
That pattern is what led me to found Cross Impact in 2014. I shifted my focus from technology execution to the leadership layer that determines whether any transformation succeeds or stalls.
Today I work with mid-market CEOs and senior leadership teams to build their Leadership Operating System: the shared behaviors, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms that turn a group of strong individuals into a team that operates as one.
I’m a TED Speaker (“4 Tips for Honest Conversations at Work”), a speaker on leadership and organizational transformation, a mentor with Charlotte Women in Business, and a member of the advisory board at Exit Right Advisors.
Outside of consulting, my husband and I built Kauffman and Co. Furniture, a commercial and residential furniture manufacturing business which keeps my work grounded in what it actually takes to grow, lead, and scale a company.
