The Leadership Alignment Lab is our core engagement model.

Our signature engagement for CEOs and senior leadership teams who are serious about building a leadership team that operates as one, not just a group of talented individuals.

The Leadership Alignment Lab is a 12-month engagement anchored by four quarterly, two-day in-person offsites. Between sessions, we work closely with leaders through 1:1 coaching, targeted feedback, and ongoing support to sustain momentum and reinforce what’s being built.

This is where individual leadership development and team alignment happen together because one without the other doesn’t stick.

The result: a leadership team that trusts deeply, decides clearly, and executes together even in complex, high-change environments.

We support 3–4 organizations at a time in the Leadership Alignment Lab to maintain depth and impact.

At the core of this offering is our proprietary 360 feedback process conducted through confidential interviews, not surveys. Leaders get clear, actionable insight into how their behavior is affecting trust, communication, and performance across the team. Supported by 1:1 coaching over 6, 9, or 12 months, leaders translate that insight into lasting behavior change for themselves and for the team they're part of.

Execute for Impact is the next level of engagement for organizations ready to move from alignment to sustained execution.

Execute for Impact extends the Aligned for Impact work into the day-to-day. We partner closely with leaders to drive priorities forward, support decision-making, and ensure follow-through across critical initiatives — without adding a full-time role.

We support no more than two organizations at a time through Execute for Impact.
