The Leadership Alignment Lab combines our Leading with Impact and Aligned for Impact offerings to partner with executive and senior leadership teams to strengthen trust, elevate communication, and align execution around what matters most.
This is our most sought-after offering and has supported hundreds of leaders across multiple industries. The work helps leaders and teams move faster, make clearer decisions, and deliver measurable results, even in complex or high-change environments.
The Leadership Alignment Lab is typically a 12-month engagement, anchored by four quarterly, two-day, in-person leadership offsites. These working sessions give leaders space to step out of day-to-day operations and focus on what is truly shaping performance, alignment, and results. Between offsites, we work closely with leaders through 1:1 coaching, feedback, and targeted support to reinforce learning and maintain momentum.
Designed for sustained impact, the Leadership Alignment Lab builds the individual and collective leadership muscle required to tackle hard challenges together over time.
To maintain depth and impact, we typically support only 3-4 organizations at a time in our Leadership Alignment Lab engagements.

At the core of this offering is our proprietary, interview-based 360 feedback process, which provides deeper, more actionable insight than traditional survey-only tools. Through confidential interviews, leaders gain clear feedback on how their behaviors impact trust, communication, and performance.
